Alcuin Partners, a London-based financial services firm, partnered with DENTON to deliver a high-end office fit out at 75 Knightsbridge Gate. The client required a premium, client-facing office environment that reflected their brand, supported business growth and enhanced employee experience.
The project combined workplace design, interior fit out and office furniture solutions within a heritage building. - A premium client-facing office environment that demonstrates the principles of responsible office design
The Approach
DENTON adopted a light-touch office design strategy, ensuring minimal intervention to the building’s structure while improving functionality, wellbeing and sustainability. The workspace was carefully zoned to align with business needs and architectural character:
To improve both workplace wellbeing and environmental responsibility, internal glazing systems and half-height partitions were introduced, allowing natural light to flow through the office and reduce reliance on artificial lighting.
The Solution
The completed office fit out creates a seamless integration of heritage architecture and contemporary, responsible office design.
The front-of-house area has been refined to create a professional and welcoming arrival experience, including an open-plan workspace maximises daylight, with all desks positioned to benefit from views through large arched windows. A layered office lighting strategy further supports responsible office design, combining warm lighting in heritage spaces to enhance atmosphere and bright, energy-efficient task lighting in open-plan zones.
Carefully selected office furniture balances timeless design, sustainability and functionality, supporting flexible working while complementing the building’s character.
