Ben Hughes

As a Pre-Construction Manager with six years of experience in various roles, Ben is fuelled by a passion for creating exceptional built environments. His career began as a pre-contract quantity surveyor. During this time, he gained valuable experience in sending out subcontractor inquiries and skilfully negotiating to secure the best deals while nurturing vital relationships with subcontractors. This initial role laid the foundation for his commitment to ensuring the pre-construction phase of any project runs as smoothly as possible. Ben is currently on a journey to expand his knowledge and skills by pursuing a degree in construction management, aiming to further excel in his field.

When Ben is not watching a game at his beloved Anfield home ground, he is at the gym or playing football with his mates.
